Collection Officer

Role (Purpose of the job)

The Collection Officer is responsible for decreasing delinquency and maximizing collected amounts. He/ she is responsible for complying with defined service level standards.

Key Responsibility

  • Conduct collection call with delinquent customers
  • Conduct regular review meeting with dealers/sales/field collection person to coordinate on collection work assignment
  • Daily and weekly reports to escalate abnormal cases
  • Follow up on customer payment promise
  • Communicate with dealer on customer delinquent status to have alignment in collection strategies
  • Other ad-hoc and assignment from the management team
  • Well balance on maximizing collected amounts and dealer/customer satisfaction

Education & Professional Experience
  • University degree
  • Around two years of experience working preferably in call center

Main Competence Requirements
  • Good attitude and communication skill
  • Aggressive in persuasive to others
  • Result orientated
General skills:
  • High level of PC skills (Microsoft Excel, Power Point).
  • Excellent in Chinese, both written and verbal
  • Advanced level of English (oral/written)
